Returns and Exchanges

-We accept exchanges within the appropriate window of time. Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

-We do not accept returns or cancellations. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order.
-Due to the nature of these items, the following are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless they arrive damaged or defective:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
-We hope you are delighted with your order, however, you are unhappy with your items you may send them back for an exchange to the following address:

-Due to the nature of the production of our garments, refunds can not be issued. We will exchange items provided they are returned to us in perfect, unworn condition within 7 days (US) and 14 days (international)

-For hygienic purposes, no refund or exchange can be applied on garments worn or washed. 

-We will not accept returns of soiled or worn garments.

-Please allow up to 7-10 business days upon our receipt of your package for your exchange or refund to be issued.
